Director/PDMR Shareholding

ACM Shipping Group plc (AIM:ACMG), a leading international tanker broker, is pleased to announce the following awards of share options under its Sharesave option scheme.

These awards were granted on 24 January 2008.

This issue of 217,500 options on ordinary shares represent 1.26% of the ordinary shares in issue. 157,500 of the share options will be exercisable in 2013 and 60,000 will be exercisable in 2011.
