Annual Report and notice of AGM
ACM Shipping Group plc (AIM:ACMG), a leading international tanker broker, announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2009 and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are being posted to shareholders today.
ACM's AGM will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday 3 September 2009 at the offices of Dechert LLP, 160 Queen Victoria Street, London, EC4V 4QQ.
A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting is available free of charge from the registered office of the Company and will also be available on the Company's website together with the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2009.
