Additional listing

Application has today been made to the London Stock Exchange for 50,000 shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading on AIM.

The Ordinary Shares are being issued under the terms of the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan to an existing employee of the Company. Admission of these Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 31 December 2009.

Following this issue, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 17,691,514.
