
ACM announces that on 7 January 2009 the Remuneration Committee granted the following conditional nil cost share awards to Johnny Plumbe, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, under the ACM Shipping Group plc 2007 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the 'LTIP').
In accordance with the rules of the LTIP, LTIP awards were granted on 7 January 2009 as follows:

The shares awarded under the LTIP will vest in three years' time subject the satisfaction of certain specific performance conditions linked to Earnings per Share growth and to continued employment.
