Director's Shareholding

ACM announces that on 17 December 2009, David Cobb, Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 2,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company. As a result Mr David Cobb now owns a total of 4,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
